**9/1/23- Important Message for iOS users. We have been notified that an update has been released for iOS users. This will fix the log in error users have received today. Please go to the web store and update your version to Synergy ParentVUE and/or StudentVUE 11.2. Please note this issue does NOT impact Android devices.

- Enter your Student ID (Portnet Google Account) with @portnet.org
- Enter your new Synergy Password- studentID number and date of birth (mmddyyyy)
- Students will be prompted to change their password on first login.
