Port Washington School District congratulates Paul D. Schreiber High School on being named a 2025-2026 School of Excellence by the New York State Public High School Athletics Association!
The School of Excellence status requires that at least 75% of a school’s varsity teams receive the NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete team award. To qualify for the Scholar-Athlete award, 75% of a team’s players must have a grade-point average for the season equal to or greater than 90%.
A total of 237 schools statewide were awarded the School of Excellence designation this year.
Way to go, VIKINGS!
