Congratulations to Abigail Phillips and Jorge Olivares of Paul D. Schreiber High School, recipients of the prestigious NYS AHPERD Nassau Zone Outstanding Physical Education Student Award!
The awards ceremony was held last night at the Inn at New Hyde Park, where Abby and Jorge were recognized for their exceptional dedication to physical education. Each high school in Nassau County nominates two graduating seniors annually for this honor, celebrating students who exemplify and demonstrate a deep understanding of the NYS Learning Standards in Physical Education.
We are so proud of Abby and Jorge for their achievements and leadership in promoting health and wellness!
