Description
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates and implements school bus scheduling, including departures, stops and arrivals. Under general supervision, the position requires the use of judgement in assuring the availability of vehicles and drivers to properly follow bus schedules. Plans, schedules, assigns or coordinates drivers for special transportation.
Assists in planning bus loads, stops, routes and schedules. All other responsibilities assigned by the Transportation Supervisor, Assistant Superintendent for Business, and Superintendent of Schools.
Full Time/ 12 Months
Hours: 7:00 am-3:00 pm

Requirements
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must possess a valid and current 19-A Bus Driver's License
NYS School Bus Driver Instructor Certificate (SBDI) preferred
At least two years of experience driving a school bus or dispatching buses and/or motor vehicles
Must possess a valid and current 19-A Bus Driver's License
NYS School Bus Driver Instructor Certificate (SBDI) preferred

Salary
$55,000-65,000
