Weber Middle School proudly celebrates the exceptional achievements of its World Language students in the 2025 national language exams. These exams, administered annually by national organizations, challenge students’ proficiency and comprehension in languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, and Latin, and rank them among their peers across the country.
This year, a remarkable number of Weber students received high honors:
- 1 Platinum Award
- 22 Gold Awards
- 28 Silver Awards
- 28 Bronze Awards
- 54 Honorable Mentions
In addition to these accolades, two students, Massi Benin and Gina Choi earned perfect scores on the National Italian Exam and Sophie Wolf earned Platinum distinction on the National French Exam; the highest honor awarded.
The World Language Department at Weber provides students with the opportunity to take these national exams each March. Through rigorous coursework, cultural exploration, and immersive instruction beginning in sixth grade, the department fosters global awareness and language proficiency.
Weber Middle School extends congratulations to all participating students and thanks the dedicated educators who inspire them to become lifelong language learners and global citizens.
