- Change of Address
- Private School Registration (for students in grades K-12)
- Port Washington resident student moving from a Private School to one of the seven Port Washington Schools.

When you begin the registration process, you will receive a Welcome to Online Registration email from [[email protected]].
Please do NOT delete this email as it will contain your application number and the link to the registration application.
It is NOT recommended to complete the application on your phone.
Make sure your pop-up blockers are turned off.
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Several documents in the online registration form must be notarized prior to completing the registration process, you will be prompted to download them in the online enrollment application.
